
Well, I’m finally eating normal foods again after a nasty bout of food poisoning (which lasted two weeks — didn’t know that was possible!). Last night I cooked a t-bone steak with thyme butter and mushrooms, and if I say so myself, it was friggin’ awesome. I had been craving flavoursome foods after dining on mashed potatoes and bread day in, day out — it really hit the spot!
