I am an art director in the magazine publishing industry, residing in Melbourne, Australia.

Dangerously close to 30 years of age, I haven't clung to the appearance of youth, but embraced the 'nanna-arts'.

When not whipping up a layout in InDesign or attending a photo shoot at work, I love nothing more than cosy-ing up at home with my lovely husband and gorgeous puppies.

…for the second day of the month (I was having a lazy day yesterday, sorry). Wow. It’s December. Again. Where did 2010 go? Let’s hope that 2011 brings with it good fortune, good health, crafty-goodness and a little sunshine…

So, my tree is up and decorated (yes, took me most of yesterday morning) — and no one need know that I only have enough baubles to cover two-thirds… well, just you and me anyway.

On the right of the above photo is my little patchwork Bailey, recovering from surgery several weeks ago to remove seven (what turned out to be, thankfully, non-malignant) lumps. Poor little devil had 27 staples and wore the cone of shame for two weeks. My sweet baby was not a happy chappy — though he was spoiled rotten — and has taken a while to return to his normal self. But all is now well, he’s started rough and tumble games with his little brother again.

What is on your Christmas wish list this year? I would like some new tunes (little low on the hip-hop at the mo), to compile a summer soundtrack… any suggestions?
