I am an art director in the magazine publishing industry, residing in Melbourne, Australia.

Dangerously close to 30 years of age, I haven't clung to the appearance of youth, but embraced the 'nanna-arts'.

When not whipping up a layout in InDesign or attending a photo shoot at work, I love nothing more than cosy-ing up at home with my lovely husband and gorgeous puppies.

I am well behind the times — well, behind in my posting, anyway. I had been listening to the Kings (not so) new album 'Come Around Sundown' religiously (no pun intended) a couple of months back, and it's got some cracking tunes. It seems I'm a sucker for raspy-voiced crooners.

There has been mixed reviews for this album, but so there was for their earlier work too. I don't think this will be the album to define the year, but it is definitely worth a few rotations.

Kings of Leon: they are still on call to pick me up. xo
