I am an art director in the magazine publishing industry, residing in Melbourne, Australia.

Dangerously close to 30 years of age, I haven't clung to the appearance of youth, but embraced the 'nanna-arts'.

When not whipping up a layout in InDesign or attending a photo shoot at work, I love nothing more than cosy-ing up at home with my lovely husband and gorgeous puppies.

uh-oh, new colours

I was walking past Clegs on Elizabeth Street last week when I noticed they were having a big yarn sale. Lo and behold, they were stocking new colours from the Filatura Di Crosa Zara range. Just when I thought my sunspots were finished, time to whip out the crochet hook and make a few more rounds — 71 extra rounds, to be exact. Yikes! I also picked up a knitting and crochet pattern book for gorgeous little bubba booties, hats and other bits and bobs — more on that next time!

By the way, what an absolutely gorgeous day it is today. Definitely worthy of a walk to the corner shop for lunch, to bask in the winter sunshine. xo
